Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, organisation, and message. Phone number and service interest are optional. Please do not include confidential client data, credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand the request, respond, and coordinate the relevant business conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and are available to authorised staff. A notification may be sent to the configured business inbox. Website hosting and email services process the information needed to provide those functions.
Retention
Website enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months and removed through scheduled housekeeping. If a conversation develops into an engagement, related business records are managed separately.
Your requests
Contact admin@iconicit.ae to ask about information submitted through this website or request correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
